E MONTIBUS BEEF

We are currently only offering a minimum of ¼ cow. The average ¼ cow will produce 100 lbs of meat.
The final product will be available 3-5 months after purchase date.
A $200.00 non-refundable fee will be charged on the day of purchase.
In order to remain in compliance with California laws, the customer is responsible for paying the butchering fees directly to the butcher. Please see our FAQ for more information.
All prices and weights listed on this site are approximate – The final price of your product will be determined after the last weigh-in before butchering. Please feel free to contact us with any questions about our process.
